We know things come up. Please cancel or re-schedule appointments at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service fee.

No refunds will be issued for any service appointments that were scheduled but not completed or cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 

No refunds will be issued for classes purchased, but not attended. Attendance at a future may be scheduled.

To ensure that you have the best service experience, we do not allow children unless they are receiving a scheduled service at iTrans4orm, LLC.

Yes, we provide services for children and teens. One parent may stay with the child or teen during the schedule service appointment.

Yes, I am currently accepting microlocs and Sisterlocks transfer clients. A Transfer Consultation is required.
